The hotel staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. They gave us an early check-in before 12pm and accommodated a late check-out at 4.30pm at the end of our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms had all toiletries provided. They provided bottles of water every day and tea and coffee is also provided. The cleaner was very helpful and was happy to assist in showing us how to use the washing machine. He also provided us with a clothes rack to dry our clothes. I am happy with the service and hospitality of all staff members who made the extra effort to make our stay comfortable.

The cleanliness and the service we recieved was top notch, the bed was very comfy and the bedsheets was snow white and well ironed. Breakfast was very very good, with the option of breakfast been deliverded in your room. We had a family next door who were very loud late in the night and at dawn, we logded a complaint to the reception and to our surprise we were given another room on a different floor. Our flight was late in the night and upon request were we permited to check out late in the evening. Thank you very much to the whole team especially Mr. Turki for your effort and willingness to help which made our stay a pleasant and a memorable one.

Very wonderful and comfortable hotel in many aspects . Receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. My room was upgraded to a joiner suite and was allowed to check out late free of charge. The location is a strategic because it is close to the airport, the northern neighborhoods of Jeddah, and all services. The hotel is distinguished by its clean rooms with all the guest’s requirements. A varied breakfast menu until 12 noon. The food is delicious, large quantity and served in the room. Good price and reasonable underground parking.

We had interconnecting rooms. The rooms were clean. Toiletries were provided. Breakfast was served in the room (we had paid for it). The staff in the hotel and at the reception was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is also accessible by wheelchair.

I highly recommend these suites for family, very clean and comfy. I have chosen two bedrooms with breakfast that were sent to our suite, it was so delicious. The location was good and not far away from korniesh and the floating mosque. A special thanks goes to Tariq and Abo Khalid for their help and kindness.

Everything the hotel offers is excellent. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The best hotel experience I had. Would definitely book it again on our next trip Ensha Allah. Keep on doing great Sun Park Hotel..

Everything was great. The staff were very attentive and helpful, everybody at the hotel was so pleasant. We really liked our stay here. Rooms were clean, complementary water, breakfast in the room - everything was on the spot. There's a covered terrace outside which is great for hanging out. Would return and recommend staying here!

Very friendly and helpful staff, central location, check out After Six coffee shop and Ext. Seventeen and other food options on Al-Yamamah street very close by, as well as fast food options and two small grocery/convenience stores just doors down either direction.
